This CNC controller can use for up to 5 axes. its PLC inputs extendable to 216 and outputs to 144.
this controller is suitable for Grinding and Nibbling machines.
in normally 36 tools are defined for this controller ,but with another tricks you can define 64 tools.
you can control “Rotary” and “Index” axes with this controller and also with writing PLC program you can control :
“Tool Magazine ” and “Pallet Changer” with this controller.
About 5 years ago , I bought this controller with accessories
( 1 PP72/48) , 9000 us $.
for installation and starting of this controller , 3 months is needed.
this controller has Technology setting for : Center , Nibbling , Milling , Grinding , lathe machines and has suitable “CYCLES”
for these machines. Abbreviation G/N meaning : Grinding ,Niblling.
in 2014 , for Retrofitting : Punch machine STRIPPIT -FC 1000 in
Sarma Afarin Qazvin (former CAREER) , I used this controller.
this machine was made before AMADA machines and imported to Iran in 1969 and equipped with General Electric CNC controller.
all the DC drivers and controller are changed.
